AVIGNONESI DADI ROSSO TOSCANA 750ML

The nose opens with a sweet spiciness: cinnamon and star anise accompanied by small red fruits such as raspberry and currant. The aromas are suave and well balanced. The entrance into the mouth is welcoming and harmonious. The silky tannin caresses the lips and paves the way for a body of medium density and persistence. The finish is the highlight of the encounter between freshness and sweetness, which entices to sip another glass.

VINIFICATION

Da-Di is vinified in 13 terracotta vessels made in Tuscany – 8 were manufactured by Artenova in Impruneta, and 5 were manufactured by Laboratorio San Rocco in Torrita di Siena using clay from Mount Amiata. Manual punching down.
